Structural assembly happens on the ground.
The engineered cold-formed steel roof frame was assembled flat on the slab by a single installer using only a cordless impact driver. Once complete, the full 14m clear-span roof was lifted in one piece onto double-stacked 40ft containers.
Twist-lock connections lock the structure to the containers with no site welding required. On double-stacked containers, the system reaches a 7.1m ridge height, giving clearance for truck and trailer access.
