WHY IRONLAB

Why build foundations, walls and storage separately?

IronLab uses containers as the base of the building, then adds an engineered steel roof system over the top. Less complexity. Less waiting. A faster path to usable space.

THE TRADITIONAL WAY

Months before you have a building.

Site excavation
Set out and survey
Bore piles
Reinforcing cages
Engineer inspections
Concrete trucks
Cure time
Structural steel
Wall framing
Cladding
Finally, usable space

THE IRONLAB WAY

Site prep. Containers. Roof. Operational.

01 Prepare metal pad or use existing hardstand
02 Place containers
03 Install engineered steel roof system
04 Start using the building
Containers do more than hold the roof.

They provide structure, walls, secure storage and usable workspace from day one.

A building platform, not just a roof.
HOW IT WORKS

From hardstand to working building.

A simple sequence built around serious components: prepared ground, containers, engineered steel, roofing and usable space.

01

Prepare Site

Use an existing concrete pad, asphalt yard or prepare a compacted metal hardstand.

02

Place Containers

Containers are positioned and immediately become the building platform.

03

Install Steel Frame

The engineered steel frame is assembled and secured to the container structure.

04

Fit Roof & Walls

Roofing and optional wall systems are installed to suit the building use.

05

Start Using It

Workshop, storage, machinery cover or commercial space — ready for work.
